Small baby steps

Doug is home from his job in North Carolina, so today we went out as a family. We have many stores near us, our new favorite is Meijer. Hannah has been resisting sitting in a cart. She is wanting to walk EVERYWHERE, but it is a great challenge to walk between her legs while she is trying to help push the cart. Our alternative, renting a cart at Meijer for $1.00. This cart has a video screen in it where she can watch cartoons while I do my shopping. Aahhhh! That is a dollar well spent! While at Meijer I purchased a 1" binder with dividers. The first, small baby steps towards starting a second adoption. Time to begin planning and mapping everything out so we can keep everything sorted out when the ball starts rolling!

Tonight we went to a young adult function with a group from church. We gathered in a friends back yard and had a collective meal and swam. Boy does Hannah love the water! She was trying, actually doing her typical flips, but in the water, getting a mouth full every time she did it! I finally had to take her out of the pool when she started to bring some of the water back up!! She was not happy with me. Not the first time, sure it won't be the last!
